THINGS I COULDN’T LIVE WITHOUT

6Music - soundtracks quite a lot of my day and event set ups!

Cheese & Jam sandwiches - apparently not as common as I thought but highly recommend this combo passed on from my Mum and the North East.

A good book - life feels better when I’m in the middle of a good one. I have to read every night to get to sleep, even if it’s just 2 pages…

Yoga - I can’t do any fancy moves (headstands and the like) but love incorporating a bit of stretching and breathing into every week no matter what I’ve got on to feel grounded and calm.

A dancefloor with pals - OK these occasions are fewer and farer between especially since I’ve had a sprog but there is no better place to be.

“I’m a big old magpie, I love collecting images and ideas wherever I find them and squirrelling them away for my own projects and collaborations with others.

Having been immersed in art and design from an early age and then events from my twenties, The Joy Eclectic is the business I was always going to start.”
